Requirements

Technical expertise in Kubernetes
Knowledge of Cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and/or Observability Platforms
Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java, PHP, .NET, Ruby, Node.js, Python, or SQL scripting

Responsibilities

Guiding customers to initial committed consumption by onboarding and driving adoption and usage to meet committed usage levels
Owning user success through training and enablement by leading personalized training sessions and creating resources such as documentation, videos, and articles
Managing Mutual Activity Plan milestones by designing and executing plans tied to value/outcomes, setting and overseeing project milestones, adjusting plans as needed, and celebrating value moments
Providing customer business review inputs by using insights from customer interactions and data analytics to identify successes, challenges, and growth opportunities
Maintaining committed consumption levels by engaging proactively with customers to mitigate churn risks and demonstrate ongoing value
Owning technical relationships by building strong connections with technical stakeholders and advocating for their needs within New Relic
Facilitating ongoing user training by keeping users informed about new features and providing refresher training
Supporting business case development for new opportunities by working with sales to identify and develop expansion opportunities using success stories and ROI evidence
Supporting measuring and communicating value to technical stakeholders by quantifying impact and providing regular reports and dashboards
