Requirements
- 2-4 years’ experience in investment banking, big 4 transaction services, corporate finance, private equity, or M&A advisory
- Strong financial modelling, research and valuation skills, and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities under pressure
- Builds trusted relationships and thrives in collaborative environments
Responsibilities
- Build financial models
- Analyze opportunities
- Prepare clear advice for senior leaders and support transactions from early thinking through to execution
- Keep close to market and sector developments, helping the team stay ahead of emerging trends and opportunities
