Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a similar field.
- 5 or more years of experience with .NET C# and Golang.
- 5 or more years of hands-on software development and architecture experience on large scale distributed backend systems.
- Knowledge and experience with Spark and Python.
- Experience in building high load compute systems, preferably in finance domains, backed by a Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience building cloud applications on Amazon Web Services or Azure.
- Experience with technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux platform environments.
- Experience with Agile development of distributed services, with a focus on robust software design, scalability, availability, and security.
Responsibilities
- Build, scale, and maintain an enterprise financial reconciliation application.
- Lead and build the next generation of a financial reconciliation platform.
- Collaborate with wider technical teams on the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of backend applications.
- Act as a technical domain leader, providing technical guidance and craftsmanship to the team while owning the delivery of features.
- Implement standard methodologies for architecture, coding, testing, and deployment to raise engineering excellence standards.
- Spearhead application development in design, implementation, and maintenance.
