Key Responsibilities
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Bank reconciliations and daily financial reporting
- Assisting with payroll processing and employee records
- Preparing invoices, purchase orders and expense reports
- Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Assisting with BAS preparation and end of month reporting
- Monitoring cash flow and supplier payments
- Supporting the senior management team with administrative and accounting tasks
- Liaising with external accountants and suppliers when required
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial procedures
About You
- Previous experience in an accounting or administration role preferred
- Relevant accounting qualification or currently studying accounting or finance
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
