What you’ll be doing

• Design, develop and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Continuously research and evaluate new technologies to improve existing systems and identify opportunities for innovation
• Mentor and share knowledge with junior team members to foster a culture of learning and growth

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with modern software development frameworks and tools (e.g., Git, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify and resolve complex technical issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
