    About the Role

    This is far more than a traditional Financial Planning & Analysis position. As Head of FP&A, you’ll lead Moco’s financial planning, forecasting, commercial analysis and business intelligence functions while partnering closely with Executive Leadership to influence the future direction of the business.

    You’ll oversee budgeting, rolling forecasts, financial modelling and strategic planning while delivering commercial insights that improve profitability, optimise working capital and support operational performance.

    You’ll also play a key role in modernising our finance capability through automation, AI and business intelligence, helping build scalable reporting and smarter ways of working as Moco continues to grow.

    Skills, Experience & Attributes

    • CA, CPA or CIMA qualified with tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
    • Extensive experience leading Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance or Corporate Finance functions.
    • Proven experience leading budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning within a complex commercial environment.
    • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business outcomes.
    • Advanced financial modelling, forecasting and analytical capability.
    • Experience partnering with Executive Leadership to influence strategic decision making.
    • Strong experience with ERP systems, Power BI, advanced Excel and modern business intelligence platforms.
    • Experience driving finance transformation, reporting automation, technology or AI initiatives is highly regarded.
    • Previous experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
    • Experience within FMCG, foodservice, wholesale distribution, manufacturing or supply chain environments will be highly regarded.
