You’ll play a key role in supporting the Accounts Payable function, including payment processing, accurate account allocations, and vendor support. This is a great opportunity to strengthen your transactional finance experience while contributing to a collaborative and supportive Shared Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• • End to end Accounts Payable experience
  • Processing a high volume of accounts payable invoices in SAP
  • Ensuring three-way matching of invoices against Purchase Orders
  • High volume verification of incoming supplier invoices via Readsoft
  • Exposure to Vendor Master Management and Freight Invoice Processing
  • Management of supplier enquiries
  • Maintaining compliance with internal controls

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• • Prior experience using SAP is essential for the successful candidate
  • Proven experience minimum 2-3 years of working in Accounts Payable is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident liaising with a variety of stakeholders across the Finance and broader business
  • High attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with the desire to continue learning and developing
