We’re looking for a curious, capable and hands-on DevOps Engineer to join our growing Tech Team. Working closely with our senior engineers, you’ll help maintain, improve and evolve the infrastructure behind our technology platforms.

This is a role for someone who enjoys getting stuck into technical challenges, taking ownership and finding practical solutions. You’ll work across cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD, system reliability and developer tooling, with plenty of opportunities to expand your skills.

You won’t need to know every technology we use. What matters is your technical foundation, your approach to solving problems and your willingness to keep learning.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting and improving our cloud infrastructure, platforms and operational systems.
• Building and maintaining Infrastructure as Code, automation and CI/CD pipelines
• Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues and improving reliability.
• Supporting developers with infrastructure, tooling and deployments.
• Contributing to infrastructure security, compliance and disaster recovery practices.
• Working alongside senior engineers on infrastructure and architectural improvements.
• Finding smarter ways to simplify systems, reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Sharing knowledge, documenting solutions and contributing to a collaborative engineering team.
• Participating in operational support and on-call arrangements as appropriate.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone with:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, platform engineering or operational SRE.
• Practical cloud infrastructure experience, ideally AWS, although other cloud platforms are welcome.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Strong Linux fundamentals and an understanding of networking and security.
• Scripting or programming experience in at least one language.
• Familiarity with containers and modern application deployment practices.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a practical, solutions-focused mindset.
• Confidence taking ownership while working collaboratively with others.

Bonus points if you’ve worked with:

Kubernetes, Go, Docker, PHP/Laravel, observability tools, event-driven systems or AI-assisted engineering tools. Experience in a startup, smaller engineering team or regulated environment would also be valuable.
