The role
The Business Analysts work out what a lender’s product needs to do. The Systems Analyst works out how  our client HUB has to behave to deliver it, and how it connects to the systems the lender already runs, including Indue, Cuscal and NAB Connect.

The work comes in two shapes. One sits around a new customer onboarding or a loan book migration, and is implementation-heavy. The other is project-based, built on discovery and design, and is more consultative. An onboarding runs two to three months, with the Systems Analyst joining around halfway, when the technical requirements begin. A straightforward integration runs one to two months. Around half the week is client-facing.

What We are  is looking for

• Two or more years in software implementation, deployment or technical delivery
• Integration and API design, including data mapping and what happens when something breaks
• Ownership of a go-live, including the ones that went badly
• SQL and data validation done first-hand
• System behaviour written down clearly: specs, process flows, runbooks and standard operating procedures
• Real depth with AI tools. Interfi uses Claude heavily, so the strongest candidates build with AI rather than prompt it
