Requirements
- 10–14 years of professional experience in front-end development
- Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, or similar)
- Excellent fundamentals in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Proven experience building and maintaining high-traffic, scalable websites
- Solid understanding of performance optimisation, accessibility, and responsive design
- Experience with modern build tools and automated testing frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in client-facing environments and owning technical conversations
- A consultative, outcome-focused mindset with the confidence to challenge assumptions constructively
Responsibilities
- Design and build modern front-end applications using frameworks such as React or Angular
- Contribute to high-traffic, performance-sensitive websites and applications
- Act as a technical advisor, helping clients define problems and evaluate solution options
- Lead technical discussions and explain trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate closely with UX, backend, and architecture teams
- Influence front-end architecture, standards, and best practices
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to team capability uplift
- Stay current with evolving front-end technologies and patterns
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Commerce, Content Management platforms
- Experience working in enterprise or complex environments
