Requirements
- 1+ years of experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects – demonstrating well developed oral and written skills
- A proven commitment to detail and customer service
- A professional telephone manner
- You will constantly prioritise activities and make quick decisions based on rational analysis
- You will upsell to existing customers
- You will conduct difficult/hard conversations with Internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Implement TenderLink’s Account Management Strategy aimed at onboarding new customers, increasing portal usage, reducing customer churn and cross-selling Experian solutions.
- Achieve agreed customer engagement Targets
- Achieve revenue targets
- Achieve upselling and cross-selling Targets.
- On-board new Software as a Service customers
- Closely monitor customers usage in the first 3 months.
- Provide detailed onboarding support and training.
- Educate and support Software as a Service customers to notify tenders and award notices using the TenderLink platform.
- Provide Software as a Service customers with technical know-how and advice on best practice to fully utilise the potential of their portals to accurately target subscribers.
- Identify opportunities to widen the usage of TenderLink’s products and services in organisations where procurement is decentralised.
