    Requirements
    • 1+ years of experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects – demonstrating well developed oral and written skills
    • A proven commitment to detail and customer service
    • A professional telephone manner
    • You will constantly prioritise activities and make quick decisions based on rational analysis
    • You will upsell to existing customers
    • You will conduct difficult/hard conversations with Internal and external customers.
    Responsibilities
    • Implement TenderLink’s Account Management Strategy aimed at onboarding new customers, increasing portal usage, reducing customer churn and cross-selling Experian solutions.
    • Achieve agreed customer engagement Targets
    • Achieve revenue targets
    • Achieve upselling and cross-selling Targets.
    • On-board new Software as a Service customers
    • Closely monitor customers usage in the first 3 months.
    • Provide detailed onboarding support and training.
    • Educate and support Software as a Service customers to notify tenders and award notices using the TenderLink platform.
    • Provide Software as a Service customers with technical know-how and advice on best practice to fully utilise the potential of their portals to accurately target subscribers.
    • Identify opportunities to widen the usage of TenderLink’s products and services in organisations where procurement is decentralised.

    • Solutions for sales in Business-to-Business environments

    • Strong Networking & Public Speaking skills
