Requirements
- A degree in Information Technology or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong expertise in Optimizely CMS or other CMS platforms.
- Proficiency in .NET Blazor framework for web application development.
- Extensive experience in web and API development across multiple business domains.
- Hands-on experience in Cloud development (Azure and/or AWS).
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Test-Driven Development (TDD) tools.
- Proven ability to work with modern development technologies and practices.
- Experience working within leading technology teams in medium to large organizations.
- A track record of successfully managing the end-to-end application development lifecycle.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of business drivers and outcomes.
- Ownership and leadership of .NET application design and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and validate functional and non-functional business requirements in an agile environment.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of digital applications.
- Develop full-stack applications using Optimizely CMS, .NET Core, and AWS-native capabilities.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance in alignment with agreed SLAs.
- Apply best practice development techniques to optimize and enhance solutions.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members.
