Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of mortgage brokers, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with aggregator partners to maximize opportunities and ensure alignment on mutual goals.
Sales Excellence:
Provide expert guidance on loan scenarios and lending structures, acting as a trusted advisor to brokers.
Represent Bridgit at broker and aggregator functions, showcasing our value proposition and expanding our network.
Performance & Reporting:
Achieve settlement volume targets and agreed KPIs while maintaining a focus on exceptional customer service.
Track and report on sales performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
Partner with internal teams to streamline processes, improve the broker experience, and deliver on client needs.
Demonstrated background in residential mortgage lending and sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the broker industry.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of mortgage products, credit criteria, and lending structures.
Relationship Focus: A relationship-first mindset with the ability to build and nurture meaningful partnerships.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in group presentations.
Problem Solving: Collaborative and solutions-focused, with strong attention to detail and a drive to deliver outcomes.
Work Ethic: Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Licenses: A current non-restrictive Australian Driver’s License is required.
