Requirements
- Have a firm understanding of technology and digital products, in particular software design and development (at a level you can hold a technical conversation fluently) to identify new business opportunities and position Bilue as a thought leader
- Be determined and persistent in pursuing new business opportunities, and not afraid of rejection, having the drive to keep going even when faced with obstacles
- Be personable, outgoing, and able to build rapport with potential clients, communicating effectively and establishing strong relationships with people at all levels
- Have a strategic mindset, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with the company’s goals and objectives, with a clear understanding of the market and the competition
- Have a history of achieving results and meeting sales targets, setting clear goals and developing effective plans to achieve them
- Be able to think on your feet and come up with creative solutions to problems, while adapting to changing circumstances and navigating complex sales processes
- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritising your workload effectively and staying organised to ensure you are meeting your sales targets
- Have a strong understanding of business principles and the ability to translate technical concepts into business benefits
