    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and engage new business opportunities across key verticals, particularly in mid-sized to enterprise markets
    • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, and inbound channels
    • Deliver compelling, solution-focused product presentations aligned with client needs
    • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and contract closure
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction
    • Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote the brand and build relationships
    • Report on sales performance and pipeline metrics via CRM tools

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • 3–5+ years’ experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales—preferably in fintech, SaaS, or the payments industry
    • Understanding of the payments ecosystem or related technology products
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed targets
    • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
    • Experience using CRM platform HubSpot (or similar)
