Requirements
- C++ development skills with extensive knowledge of software design, profiling, object-oriented programming, multithreading, and performance-focused backend development.
- Knowledge of financial markets and derivatives products.
- Willingness to work in C# and adapt to different programming languages as needed.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Join the Options Trading desk and primarily work on market-making strategies.
- Design and optimize high-performance trading systems that process large amounts of data while maintaining performance and stability.
- Collaborate with traders and quantitative researchers to create technical solutions for systematic trading.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in quoting systems and market-making strategies.
- Experience with Python on Windows or Linux.
