This role focuses on supporting real-time risk controls, trade lifecycle infrastructure, reference data platforms, and trading integrity services. This is a hands-on role offering strong ownership, architectural influence, and direct collaboration with trading and technology teams across the business.

You’ll work on highly scalable, performance-critical systems where reliability, latency, and engineering excellence are paramount.

What You’ll Work On

• Real-time trading infrastructure supporting global trading operations
• Low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems written in modern C++
• Trade lifecycle, reference data, and trading integrity platforms
• Architecture and design of business-critical engineering systems
• End-to-end ownership from design and development through to production support
• Platform reliability, observability, and operational excellence initiatives
• Automation, deployment, and risk management across production environments
• Collaboration with trading, infrastructure, and software engineering teams
• Mentoring engineers and contributing to technical leadership across the team

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience building and operating production software systems
• Strong modern C++ development experience
• Excellent computer science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, operating systems, networking)
• Strong Linux/Unix experience
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience delivering complex technical projects
• Experience working with scalable, production-critical systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
