Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, ICT, Management Information Systems, or related fields
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, technical support and administration of local infrastructure (network/servers/storage) including installing, testing, maintaining, patching and upgrading of servers, databases, applications and backup solution
- Manage vendors, contracts, and internal customer relationships to ensure the service levels required by a high performing business are in place
- Assist with the scoping and implementation of application and infrastructure solutions while ensuring that they are supportable, aligned with RTX/Collins Aerospace Digital strategic road maps
- Ensure digital technology infrastructure and applications controls are following digital technology policies and SOX requirements, producing and reviewing various compliance reports on a regular basis
- Own and manage digital technology issues and solutions to completion
- Drive the continuous improvement of digital technology systems/services
- Manage the budget and track costs of digital technology services, hardware and software
- Collaborate effectively with Enterprise Digital Technology organisation to leverage digital technology applications and resources to effectively support and deliver solutions
- Manage and support local entities digital technology projects to ensure the business requirements and milestones are met with alignment to RTX/Collins strategic plans
