JOB SUMMARY
Our client HUB is seeking a finance professional to join a collaborative and growing business in Melbourne. This broad role offers real ownership across the finance function, focusing on financial reporting, analysis, and compliance.
The successful candidate will manage month-end processes, cash flow, and accounts receivable/payable while supporting payroll and administration. A degree in Accounting or Finance and 3+ years of experience are essential. Enjoy a supportive environment with opportunities for process improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting standards (AASB/IFRS).
- Experience in inventory, procurement, construction, or warehouse environments highly regarded.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Manage month-end close processes.
- Deliver ad hoc reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate payroll processing with external provider.
