Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Python development.
- Ability to design, extend, and maintain clean, efficient, production-grade Python applications and libraries.
- Experience with automated testing, code reviews, and software engineering best practices.
- A university degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Enhance and expand the Python-based application development framework.
- Collaborate directly with traders and quantitative analysts to build and maintain Python trading applications.
- Lead projects end-to-end, from analysis and design through implementation and delivery.
- Train end users and promote software development best practices.
- Provide Tier 3 production support as needed.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with asynchronous programming, such as asyncio or similar frameworks.
- Background in trading system development.
- Prior front office or quantitative development experience.
