JOB DETAILS
We’re looking for a General Manager, Revenue Operations (RevOps) to help take our client HUB go-to-market engine to the next level.
This is a senior commercial leadership role with a broad remit across Revenue Operations, Pricing Operations, Sales Enablement and GTM Engineering. You’ll bring together the systems, processes, data and operating rhythms that help our commercial teams acquire, retain and grow customers more effectively.
Reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team and work closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing and the wider business to improve revenue predictability, productivity and customer lifetime value.
We’re looking for someone who knows what a high-performing SaaS revenue engine looks like and has the experience to make it happen. Someone who can step back to identify opportunities to improve how we operate, then roll up their sleeves to turn those ideas into action — whether that’s improving our Salesforce processes, sharpening forecasting or using AI and automation to give our commercial teams more time to focus on customers.
With ambitious growth plans ahead, you’ll play a key role in evolving our go-to-market model, strengthening how our teams work together and ensuring our commercial operations can scale with the business.
What you’ll own
- Own the design and evolution of our revenue operating model across customer acquisition, retention and expansion.
- Identify the structural bottlenecks holding back growth and implement scalable solutions across processes, systems, data and organisational design.
- Connect Sales, Marketing and the wider commercial function through clear processes, consistent performance measures and effective customer lifecycle handovers.
- Turn market and account segmentation into practical changes across territories, workflows, team structures and systems.
- Strengthen the operating rhythms and standards that support a high-performing, scalable GTM function.
Drive revenue performance & predictability
- Partner with our CRO and Finance team on annual planning, headcount and capacity planning, quotas and in-year performance.
- Own forecasting, pipeline reviews and revenue performance reporting, giving leaders a clear view of progress against plan.
- Monitor pipeline health, conversion, sales productivity and quota attainment, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
- Develop a trusted view of our commercial performance, translating metrics into clear recommendations and actions.
- Manage sales incentive plans with Finance, ensuring they reward the right behaviours and support our commercial strategy.
Turn data into better decisions
- Build and maintain a single, trusted source of truth for revenue, customer and pipeline data.
- Give commercial leaders practical insights they can use to make better decisions and improve day-to-day performance.
- Prepare commercial analysis and reporting for the CRO, Executive Leadership Team and Board.
- Track the metrics that matter across our SaaS business, including ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, retention, churn, funnel conversion and revenue productivity.
- Identify data gaps, challenge assumptions and turn complex analysis into clear, commercially grounded recommendations.
Own pricing operations
- Translate our pricing strategy into consistent, scalable processes across price books, packaging, discount approvals and commercial policies.
- Oversee the implementation of price changes and monitor realised pricing, discounting and commercial exceptions.
- Improve pricing governance and visibility, reducing unmanaged discounting and revenue leakage.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Product and other stakeholders to ensure our pricing and packaging are applied consistently across the business.
Optimise our GTM systems & processes
- Own the commercial direction of our CRM and GTM technology stack, partnering with Technology and our Salesforce specialists on delivery.
- Improve lead management, opportunity tracking and CRM workflows, balancing better data capture and sales discipline with a great user experience for reps.
- Connect the dots across lead generation, opportunity management, quote-to-cash, customer retention and subscription renewals.
- Drive adoption of the systems, processes and sales methodologies that support consistent execution.
- Lead multiple commercial improvement projects, from GTM tool implementations and process redesign to strategic planning and executive priorities.
Put AI & automation to work
AI and automation are an opportunity to fundamentally change how our revenue teams operate — not just add another tool to the stack.
You’ll work with Sales, Marketing and commercial leaders to identify the opportunities with the greatest value, prioritise the right initiatives and turn them into practical solutions.
That means improving workflows, reducing manual work, recovering selling time and exploring where AI-enabled tools and agents can make our GTM function more effective.
You’ll also measure the impact. Whether it’s hours saved, improved conversion, stronger customer retention, faster execution or better commercial outcomes, we want to understand what’s working and scale it.
What success looks like in your first six months
- A better sales engine: You’ve revamped our lead management and opportunity tracking processes in Salesforce, with clear standards and strong adoption across the sales team.
- Greater revenue predictability: Forecasting, pipeline reporting and performance reviews give leaders a more reliable view of performance against plan.
- More productive teams: You’ve identified and addressed key bottlenecks across our GTM function, improving sales productivity and time spent selling.
- A more connected customer lifecycle: There’s greater visibility and consistency across lead generation, acquisition, retention and expansion, with clearer processes and handovers.
- Stronger commercial discipline: Pricing processes, discount governance and performance measures give us better visibility and control over revenue outcomes.
- AI that delivers value: You’ve prioritised and delivered practical automation or AI initiatives with measurable improvements in productivity or commercial performance.
- A team with clear direction: Your team understands its priorities, works effectively across functions and has a clear roadmap for what comes next.
What you’ll bring
- Experience: 10+ years across Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Commercial Operations, ideally within SaaS, fintech or a subscription-based business.
- Commercial acumen: Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, forecasting, pipeline performance, pricing and the levers that drive revenue growth.
- Salesforce & systems: Hands-on experience improving CRM processes, lead and opportunity management, data quality and GTM technology adoption.
- Builder mentality: You’ve helped scale a GTM function, improving processes, systems and ways of working to support business growth.
- Analytical thinking: You can turn complex data into clear insights and practical commercial recommendations.
- AI & automation: You understand how to use AI and automation to improve productivity, streamline workflows and deliver measurable value.
- Leadership & influence: You’re confident leading multidisciplinary teams, influencing senior stakeholders and driving change across a business.
- Hands-on approach: You’re a doer who can move between strategic planning and execution, getting into the detail when needed.
