Requirements
- Real time knowledge and experience on enterprise system integration, preferably from Insurance domain background
- Good understanding and experience in software architecture, design patterns and software development best practices
- Experience with React based development of MFEs/Standalone apps
- Experience on Guidewire Cloud, Jutro Digital Platform, React js
- Experience in Guidewire and related toolsets e.g. Cloud APIs, Digital SDK, APD, Guidewire Testing Framework, Guidewire Cloud Console, Git/Bucket, etc.
- Experience with integration to other platforms such as Document Management, Finance, Digital, etc.
- Proven technical and people leadership skills and ability leading development teams including work allocation, technical designs, code reviews, code merge activities
- Ability to work with and influence wider technology teams, including other developer leads, project managers, Business Analyst Leads, etc.
- Working with client business SMEs to understand the requirements and translate them into viable solutions
- Maintaining and fix issues in across environments (dev, QA, UAT and Prod) and involvement in unit testing and documentation
