As Head of Compliance — Melbourne, you will lead digital-asset compliance for a crypto exchange, ensuring AML/CTF and regulatory compliance across operations.
Responsibilities:
* Lead compliance strategy and digital-asset compliance.
* Oversee AML/CTF monitoring and reporting.
* Engage with regulators and manage compliance team.
* Ensure best practices in crypto compliance.
Qualifications Needed:
* 8+ years in compliance, preferably in crypto/fintech.
* Deep knowledge of digital-asset regulations.
* Experience with AML/CTF and blockchain surveillance.
* Leadership and regulatory skills.
