JOB  SUMMARY

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting

• Driving project financial performance and cash flow

• Optimising our Odoo ERP platform and improving business systems

• Leading and developing our finance team

• Partnering with operational leaders to improve profitability and business performance

We’re looking for someone who enjoys moving between strategy and detail, challenges constructively, and thrives in a hands-on leadership environment.

You’ll bring:

• CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent experience)

• Senior finance leadership experience

• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability

• Multi-entity reporting experience

• ERP and systems improvement expertise

• Experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing or project-based environments is highly regarded
