    Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
    • Advanced degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management within the microbiology, clinical, pharmaceutical and applied markets.
    • Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of microbiology products and applications.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Willingness to travel as required.
    Responsibilities
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts across clinical, pharmaceutical, and applied markets.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts and potential new clients.
    • Conduct regular meetings with key accounts to review performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.
    • Collaborate with the strategic partnerships team to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities (Market and Product Knowledge).
    • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s microbiology products and services (Market and Product Knowledge).
    • Provide technical support and product training to key accounts as needed (Market and Product Knowledge).
    • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience (Collaboration and Communication).
    • Communicate customer feedback and market insights to relevant departments to drive product and service improvements (Collaboration and Communication).
    • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales activities, and market trends (Collaboration and Communication).
    • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track customer interactions, sales activities, and account information (Customer Relationship Management).
    • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all account-related activities and communications (Customer Relationship Management).
    Desired Qualifications
