JOB  SUMMARY

As a Lead Business Analyst, you will analyse payment infrastructure, operational processes and delivery requirements, guiding business analysis activities that support critical payment projects in Australia.

Responsibilities:

* Lead business analysis for payment infrastructure and operational change initiatives
* Elicit requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear specifications
* Map current and future-state processes and identify improvement opportunities
* Mentor junior analysts and contribute to business analysis best practices

Qualifications Needed:

* Extensive business analysis experience within payments, banking or financial infrastructure
* Strong process modelling, requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
* Experience leading analysis workstreams on complex technology projects
* Familiarity with payment systems, operational flows and regulatory considerations
