    Requirements
    • Extensive experience in enterprise integration, with at least 5 years specializing in MuleSoft architecture and solution design.
    • Strong hands-on experience designing and delivering MuleSoft-based integrations.
    • Proven expertise in API design including RAML and OpenAPI (OAS).
    • Solid experience with integration security including authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure API patterns.
    • Experience working in agile and DevOps environments with strong software engineering practices.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
    Responsibilities
    • Lead the design and architectural assurance of integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and other integration platforms
    • Guide and review solution designs to ensure alignment with architectural standards, integration patterns, and best practices.
    • Contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of integration principles, standards, and reference architectures.
    • Facilitate architecture and design review sessions, providing clear guidance and recommendations to delivery teams.
    • Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to translate complex requirements into effective integration architectures.
    • Provide pragmatic architectural advice that balances delivery outcomes, platform sustainability, security, and risk.
    • Support large-scale technology initiatives by ensuring integration designs are fit for purpose and future-ready.
    • Promote reuse and consistency of integration assets, APIs, and patterns across initiatives.
    • Define and monitor key architectural and operational metrics including performance, resilience, security, cost, and observability.
    • Drive adoption of modern integration trends including API-led connectivity, Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) etc.
    • Maintain AI literacy including MCP, A2A, vibe coding for integrations.
    • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to integration designers and developers across onshore and offshore teams.
    • Set expectations for design quality and delivery standards within the integration domain.
    • Support capability uplift through knowledge sharing and contribution to practice maturity.
    • Act as a recognized integration subject-matter expert contributing to internal forums and knowledge sharing initiatives.
    Desired Qualifications
    • Experience with MuleSoft Flex Gateway, Kubernetes, or modern API runtime architectures.
    • Strong working knowledge of Azure Integration Services and cloud integration patterns.
    • MuleSoft or related integration certifications.
