JOB  SUMMARY

What you will do

This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for:

• Lead regional growth, with accountability for pipeline, revenue, and client development
• Build and maintain senior relationships across the Australian market and Tier 1/ Tier 2 civil contractors
• Develop and execute a regional business plan aligned to national strategy
• Provide technical oversight and governance on complex infrastructure projects
• Identify and pursue major opportunities, leveraging AtkinsRéalis global capability
• Mentor and develop engineers across the Australian business
• Represent ADG in the market, strengthening brand and positioning

About you

You are a credible and commercially minded civil engineering leader with a strong market presence.

You will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Chartered status (CPEng)
• 20+ years’ experience delivering and leading civil engineering outcomes with a strong personal brand, already established in the TMR sector.
• Proven in depth experience in building, scaling, and leading high-performing teams
• Demonstrated success winning work and growing infrastructure business
• Established relationships across the Australian market, including strong relationships across SEQ local government
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and influencing capability
• Experience operating at a senior leadership level, shaping strategy and outcomes
• Deep technical capability with experience in governance and risk oversigh
