Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in retail convenience stores, preferably in the fuel sector.
- A consulting background with the ability to think strategically while executing hands-on.
- Demonstrated success leading transformation programs and achieving organizational goals.
- The ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive transformation programs aligned with organizational goals, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with global teams to implement best practices and innovative solutions within the fuel management domain.
- Develop and oversee portfolio planning and delivery processes.
- Facilitate biannual operating plan sessions to establish objectives and strategies.
- Conduct quarterly planning sessions to assess progress, recalibrate goals, and maintain alignment with business strategy.
- Mentor and coach cross-functional squads to improve product delivery and operational efficiency.
- Work directly with C-level executives to provide insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and present executive briefing packs summarizing transformation progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with finance teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for transformation initiatives.
- Ensure transformation efforts are financially viable and contribute to organizational profitability.
