How You’ll Make an Impact
- Manages the project throughout the complete life cycle, ensuring delivery across scope, cost, quality, and schedule while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Coordinates assigned resources and monitors and reports progress and milestones regularly to all stakeholders.
- Negotiates or contributes to negotiations with suppliers and vendors.
- Monitors budget adherence and takes actions where necessary to minimize non-conformance costs.
- Checks project results, designs test procedures, and monitors test outcomes.
- Ensures proper documentation of project results, deliverables, and all products or technologies involved, in adherence to defined PM standards.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Electronics, or Controls Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in controls, automation, or digitalization systems and projects.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience as a customer-facing Project Manager with full responsibility for project results.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects with a core team
- Experience managing projects in an international or intercultural environment.
- Full working rights in Australia without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorisation, and the ability to travel for site-based project execution.
- Knowledge of power generation control systems (OMNIVISE-T3000 or PCS7 is an advantage). Technical and commercial knowledge of power plants is desirable.
- Project management certification (PMI and IPMA) is an advantage.
