Requirements
- Students attending a Hong Kong or Singapore based university planning to graduate in 2028
- Development skills in C++, C# and Python
- Keen problem solvers who will apply their development skills to trading
Responsibilities
- Participate in Susquehanna’s Quantitative Strategy Developer Discovery Program in Sydney, including attending panel discussions, meet-and-greets with employees, and interactive gaming sessions
- Explore Susquehanna’s systematic and semi-systematic trading strategies during the program
- Engage with faculty and peers to understand the day-to-day life of developers in a quantitative trading environment
Desired Qualifications
- Outstanding participants will be considered for a U.S.-based internship in the following year
- Full-time placement in Susquehanna’s Hong Kong office upon graduation
