    What you’ll do

    You will own the day to day execution of new revenue across ANZ, bringing together inbound sales, new business payments, and increasing pipeline from partnerships under a single accountable leader.

    Acting as an execution partner, you will be trusted to run the operational revenue engine while contributing forward thinking ideas that help shape how we grow. We expect this role to bring perspective, challenge constructively, and influence change where needed to improve outcomes for the business.

    This role exists to ensure diversified funnel demand converts predictably into revenue. You will lead the inbound team, drive payments attachment for new customers, and ensure partnership generated pipeline is executed with the same discipline and focus as core inbound.

     

    What you’ll bring

    • 3–5+ years in sales leadership or sales management
    • Experience leading inbound or hybrid sales teams
    • Proven experience in SMB SaaS or subscription-based technology businesses
    • Strong understanding of pipeline management and conversion metrics
    • Experience driving payments, fintech, or monetisation motions is highly desirable
    • Experience working with partnership generated pipeline or multi channel acquisition is a plus
    • Confident working cross functionally with Marketing, Product, RevOps and Customer Success to drive overall business outcomes
    • Comfortable working with CRM systems and using data to drive performance
