Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Accelerate the expansion of migration/modernization & GenAI initiatives by providing thought leadership, data and visibility to Tech
- Drive definition and adoption of goals, programs and tooling across the Tech team to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve attainment of strategic objectives
- Track and report all key performance indicators, goals, efficiency and trend analyses
- Collaborate with other Sr operations managers across areas and other Geos to identify and implement best practices
- Ensure consistent and efficient execution of all functions by working closely with internal business partners and stakeholders to drive adoption and implementation of global standards, processes and programs.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
