We are seeking for a Senior Finance Analyst to lead reporting, commercial analysis and process improvement for a growing hospitality business operating venues across Australia.
Responsibilities
Lead month-end financial reporting.
Analyse venue and group performance.
Prepare budgets and financial forecasts.
Investigate revenue and expense variances.
Develop commercial performance dashboards.
Partner with operational managers on profitability.
Identify opportunities for process improvement.
Present insights to senior finance stakeholders.
Qualifications
Degree in accounting, finance or commerce.
Experience in commercial analysis or management accounting.
Strong Excel, reporting and modelling skills.
Ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance teams.
