- You have strong commercial acumen to assess market opportunities, build arguments, and track product performance through important measures.
- You excel at customer research, problem framing, experimentation, and idea validation – transforming insights into impactful solutions.
- You are an active contributor who can navigate agile delivery environments and guide end-to-end product development.
- Your communication skills are outstanding, allowing for presenting strategy, roadmaps, and tough trade-offs with confidence and clarity.
- You are not afraid to make tough decisions, backed by data, research, and seasoned product judgment.
- You are curious about the potential of AI to improve customer experiences and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Build and communicate a product vision that people want to rally behind.
- Get your hands dirty with customer research to uncover what really matters.
- Make the hard choices about what to build, when, and why.
- Work closely with engineering, build, and commercial teams to ship great experiences.
- Use data to guide decisions, but trust your judgment when the numbers don’t tell the whole story.
- Keep multiple collaborator groups aligned and moving in the same direction.
- Own the Money In and Money Out experience for Mid Market customers including invoicing, payments, receivables, and all financial workflows that keep businesses running efficiently.
