Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development
- Certifications: Salesforce Developer Certification (Salesforce Platform Developer I), Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Data Cloud
- Proven experience with Salesforce development and customization
- Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange and third-party integrations
- Understanding of data modeling and management within Salesforce
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Apex
- Proficiency in Visualforce
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Proficiency in Salesforce Flow
- Proficiency in Process Builder
- Proficiency in Validation Rules
- Proficiency in Custom Objects and Fields
- Proficiency in Trigger development
- Proficiency in REST/SOAP API integrations
- Extensive experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies would be highly desirable
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Copado, Gearset) would be a great addition
Responsibilities
- Development and customization of Salesforce applications, modules, and components
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications
- Use Apex programming and Visualforce pages for building complex business logic
- Design and develop Lightning Web Components for responsive user interfaces
- Conduct unit testing of solutions and efficiently deploy to production environments
- Identify and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for development processes
- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud is a plus
- Extensive experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies would be highly desirable
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Copado, Gearset) would be a great addition
