Requirements
- 7+ years of SAP development experience with strong depth in SAP UI5 and SAP Fiori
- Proven delivery of SAP BTP-based applications within large transformation and/or S/4HANA programs
- Strong hands-on expertise with SAPUI5 / Fiori Elements, OData (V2/V4), CDS views and annotations
- Demonstrated experience implementing in-app extensibility in S/4HANA and side-by-side extensions on SAP Business Technology Platform
- Proven ability to lead technical design, perform code reviews, and mentor junior developers in Agile or hybrid environments
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SAP UI5 and SAP Fiori applications supporting S/4HANA business processes
- Build clean core compliant solutions using Fiori Elements where possible, and side-by-side extensions on SAP BTP when required
- Replace or refactor legacy ECC custom developments into modern, maintainable, upgrade-safe solutions
- Ensure applications meet performance, security, and usability standards through consistent engineering practices
- Act as a technical lead—guiding development patterns, extensibility approaches, and architectural decisions
- Conduct code reviews and mentor developers, uplifting capability and driving development standards
- Collaborate with SAP functional teams, integration developers, and enterprise/solution architects to deliver end-to-end outcomes
- Support testing, deployment, cutover preparation, and post go-live hypercare including issue resolution and root cause analysis
