    Requirements
    • 10+ years in enterprise software architecture, solution consulting, or technical leadership
    • Hands on experience of AVEVA Asset Information Management or equivalent software
    • Experience in enterprise scale software integration projects
    • End user experience in energy, oil & gas, utilities, chemicals, mining, or manufacturing (added advantage)
    • Proven pre-sales exposure: workshops, bid responses, and technical defenses
    • AIM mastery: information model design, metadata strategy, gateways/connectors, visualization, security
    • Integration & development: C#, .NET, PowerShell, REST/GraphQL APIs, XML/JSON transformations
    • Data: SQL Server, SSIS/SSRS, performance tuning, data quality and governance
    • Cloud & hybrid: Azure/AWS reference architectures, networking, identity/IAM, Kubernetes/containers (nice to have)
    • Engineering data: PDMS/E3D, SPID, DWG/DGN, tag/doc structures, and engineering BOMs
    Responsibilities
    • Define end-to-end AIM architectures: information models, metadata standards, deployment patterns, and security design
    • Lead discovery, requirements validation, and fit-gap at business, functional, and technical levels
    • Guide configuration of AIM gateways/connectors and engineering data ingestion patterns; establish information governance
    • Compose solutions combining AIM with AVEVA PI System (real-time context), AVEVA APM (asset health), Unified Engineering (design data), and CONNECT (cloud visualization/data services)
    • Design integrations with ERP/EAM (SAP PM, Maximo), DMS (OpenText/Assai/SharePoint), GIS (ESRI/Hexagon), historians (PI, IP.21, PHD), and cloud stacks (Azure/AWS)
    • Define API/middleware patterns, interface contracts, data mappings, and validation frameworks for robust interoperability
    • Advise executives on digital asset information strategy, data governance, and enterprise information architecture
    • Develop high-level functional designs, role models, UX workflows, and information lifecycle strategies across engineering, operations, and maintenance
    • Run architecture assurance reviews; recommend optimization, performance tuning, and scalability improvements
    • Shape technical win strategies; lead workshops, demos, and technical evaluations
    • Produce architecture diagrams, deployment models, integration maps, BOMs, and proposal content
    • Support estimation, sizing, and risk identification for complex, multi-solution opportunities
    • Provide architectural oversight throughout delivery; ensure adherence to best practices and security standards
    • Lead critical issue resolution across application, data, integration, and infrastructure layers
    • Mentor and enable consultants, information engineers, and offshore teams; develop reusable accelerators and templates
