Requirements
- Experience working with Signature (formerly ICBS) or a similar lending platform within a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong technical expertise across AS400 and RPG, with experience supporting and enhancing critical enterprise applications.
- Experience designing and delivering technical solutions, including solution design, technical specifications and application enhancements.
- Strong understanding of production support, application maintenance, operational resilience and change delivery within complex environments.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and influence solution outcomes, while working collaboratively across technical and business teams.
- Experience with Control-M, Jira, Confluence and Agile delivery practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a range of audiences
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership, solution design and production support to the Signature platform and related lending applications.
- Partner with engineers, stakeholders and vendors to deliver enhancements, upgrades and operational improvements for the platform.
- Ensure the Signature platform remains stable, secure and fit for future growth, including maintenance, monitoring and incident response as part of production support.
- Act as a subject matter expert on complex challenges and guide the future direction of the platform.
- Collaborate across technical and business teams to shape and deliver technical solutions and change delivery initiatives.
- Support and contribute to architectural decisions and technology strategy for the platform.
