A leading payments innovation company is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead change initiatives and support successful delivery across business teams. This role involves developing change strategies, coaching leaders, and improving change practices. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in change management, enjoys working both autonomously and collaboratively, and has a strong ability to communicate effectively at all levels. This position is offered as a 12-month max term contract.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading change management initiatives for over 5 years.
- Ability to work independently as well as in teams.
- Experience in regulated fintech environments is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Shape and deliver end-to-end change strategies.
- Coach and support leaders in change capability.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of change practices.
