Key Responsibilities

• Lead installation and servicing of coding and automation systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and control system faults
• Manage preventative maintenance and breakdown response
• Coordinate service schedules across multiple customer sites
• Support sales with technical input and solution development
• Supervise and allocate work for field service technicians
• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job mentoring
• Oversee workshop operations, tools and spare parts
• Maintain accurate service records and reporting
• Drive improvements in safety, efficiency and service delivery

What You Will Bring

• Trade or tertiary qualification in a relevant technical field
• Strong experience in industrial equipment installation/service
• Proven fault-finding across electrical and mechanical systems
• Experience leading or supporting technicians in the field
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and service demands
• Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in manufacturing, automation or packaging
• Solid computer skills across systems and documentation
• Current driver’s licence
