Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the vehicle refinish market
- Certificate III in Automotive Refinish, with 2–3 years hands-on body shop experience ideal
- Strong technical knowledge of refinish products, systems, and techniques
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate products and support customers in optimising paint shop performance
- Identify new sales opportunities and build strong, long-term customer relationships
- Deliver technical training, product demos, and support trade events
- Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to drive business growth
- Provide expert advice on repair systems, product use, and equipment installation
- Complete admin tasks, manage your territory effectively, and follow safety standards
