    Requirements
    • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Nursing/equivalent degree.
    • Previous experience working with leadless devices
    • 4+ years of related experience
    • Experience in Medical Device industry or Pharma industry, in similar role.
    • Willingness to accept challenging assignments and engage in relevant developmental activities, in a rapidly adapting environment.
    • Experience in working and leading cross-functional environments.
    • Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and familiarity with web based applications.
    • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to identify issues and implement solutions, including identifying and involving the appropriate decision makers.
    • Demonstrated ability to motivate and hold individuals accountable to deliverables; ability to achieve objectives and milestones without direct authority; ability to influence.
    • Demonstrated ability to identify and adapt to shifting priorities and competing demands and maintain composure in difficult circumstances
    Responsibilities
    • Collaborate with the sales/clinical team to conduct target market development in key markets.
    • Grow existing accounts.
    • Participate in multi-functional teams focusing on upstream and downstream actions with an emphasis on global market development through new product development, clinical evidence development, commercialization and business expansion.
    • Act as a key contact for clinical trials related to therapy area.
    • Facilitate introductory discussions with the leadless and non-leadless device implanting community with respect to Abbott’s approach to market development to form a win-win strategic partnership and a tailored plan to meet the customer’s needs.
    • Be the expert for creating awareness for the Abbott leadless device based therapy as an alternative to traditional LV implants and patients.
    • Understand and explain patient selection, the guidelines, clinical evidence and the patient benefits, while fully appreciating the health economics aspects.
    • Inspire the design and delivery of the training and marketing tools required by the Sales and Marketing management team to facilitate the execution of effective market development activities.
    • Work collaboratively with the Sales Team, Marketing, Marketing Communication, Training, Reimbursement, and the Medical Affairs teams
