The Position

Our client HUB  is seeking an accomplished and influential Executive Lead – Strategy, Impact and Development to steward the translation of an ambitious 10-year strategy into measurable impact for communities, funders and the broader health system. Described as an enterprise “conductor”, the Executive Lead will partner with the CEO and executive peers and take carriage of and continue to build disciplined performance monitoring, evaluation and benefits realisation practices, enabling the organisation to evidence value and impact. The Executive Lead will work with the business to commercialise and support growth of services, stewarding this work to ensure continued momentum. This position reports to the CEO and sits on the Executive team.

Success in this role will be demonstrated by:

• Articulating the “why” of our client’s strategy, translating it into a compelling, human narrative that demonstrates impact on communities and the broader health system.
• Augmenting consistent performance, monitoring and evaluation practices.
• Stewarding service growth and commercialisation initiatives, ensuring alignment with values and mission.
• Providing strategic leadership over communications, marketing and advocacy, ensuring evidence-based engagement with varied stakeholders.
• Strengthening executive-level oversight of operating model redesign initiatives, particularly where sustainability and future models of care are being tested or piloted.
