Requirements
- You have at least one year of experience in a revenue operations or sales operations role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- You have designed process workflows in a customer relationship management tool and have examples that illustrate the impact.
- You are a dependable teammate who builds strong relationships with stakeholders and promotes an inclusive work environment.
- You have a knack for interpreting data and using it to identify trends, areas of improvement and actionable steps for the business.
- You are able to adapt quickly to short-term problems while staying focused on long-term strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Support go-to-market strategy through sales operational efficiency initiatives, deal support management, change management projects, and fiscal year planning, serving as the go-to person for how the go-to-market strategy is executed.
- Optimize the sales cycle by proactively identifying bottlenecks in the customer life cycle and driving solutions that improve efficiency, ensuring customer-facing teams have exactly what they need to succeed.
- Drive operational excellence by owning the end-to-end execution of complex projects to ensure non-standard deals move smoothly through the pipeline.
- Partner across the business by working closely with systems, enablement and data teams to interpret insights and design reporting outcomes that help the company win.
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce savvy, with experience navigating Salesforce; CPQ is a plus.
- SaaS background, familiarity with the global B2B software-as-a-service revenue engine.
