Experience Required

• 2+ years as a Credit Analyst or a similar role in the finance sector.
• Essential Expertise: Proven experience analyzing complex financials (company/trust returns) and structuring multi-asset, complex lending deals.
• Operational Excellence: The ability to manage a high volume of loan applications from submission to settlement, ensuring accuracy and speed.
• Stakeholder Skills: Exceptional communication and engagement skills to coordinate brokers, lenders, and external parties effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Credit Analysis: Evaluate applications, perform detailed financial analysis, and structure complex loan submissions.
• Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate the entire lending pipeline to secure timely approvals and funding.
• Compliance: Ensure all loan files and processes adhere to regulatory and internal standards.
