Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the preparation of work papers with clean and concise reports in accordance with Audit Methodology
• Support in the preparation of statutory financial statements and understand tax computations including tax journals and financial statement disclosures
• Strong working knowledge of Excel with the ability to filter, manipulate and interpret data
• Liaise with manager to ensure jobs are reviewed and completed on time
• Fully utilise Audit software program – Caseware

Role Requirements

The successful candidate will have the following:

• a minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in a Public Practice firm and hold a CA or CPA designation or are near completion.
• a degree qualification or currently working towards one
• Experience with Caseware is preferable
• Exposure to managing client relationships will be highly regarded
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• A strong degree of initiative with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Enthusiasm and self-motivation.
