As a Senior Engineer, you will lead major technical initiatives from design through to production for FLUX, a fintech app helping young Australians learn about money, credit, and business, backed by an ASX-listed wealth platform.

Responsibilities:

* Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of major features and platform capabilities across React, TypeScript, and Ionic hybrid app.
* Design and build integrations with partner systems, including API contracts, authentication, identity linking, and data sync.
* Instrument features in Mixpanel and use engagement and retention data to guide product decisions.
* Maintain high standards for automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and security while mentoring other engineers.

Qualifications Needed:

* Strong professional software engineering experience, including time in a senior or lead role at a startup or high-growth company.
* Deep TypeScript expertise across front end and back end, and strong React experience.
* Experience designing and shipping APIs and integrations with third-party or partner systems.
* Strong data modelling experience with NoSQL databases, ideally Firestore.
