As a Graduate Software Engineer, you will join an 18-month Technology Development Graduate Program, embedding within an established engineering squad to contribute to real trading systems and AI-native projects for a global CFD and forex brokerage in Sydney.

Responsibilities:

* Contribute to day-to-day Agile delivery, BAU development, and production support across the CMC trading platform and SDLC.
* Develop technical capability and financial markets knowledge while working on real systems alongside experienced developers.
* Progress into AI-native engineering, experimenting with agent workflows, prompt engineering, and data retrieval for business-ready insights.
* Build AI capabilities that transform enterprise information into structured data for integration with trading technology.

Qualifications Needed:

* Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline completed in 2026.
* Eligibility to work in Australia permanently is essential.
* A passion for programming and keen interest in financial services and trading technology.
* Strong collaboration, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills with a willingness to experiment and iterate.
