    JOB  SUMMARY

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, across new and existing accounts
    • Build strategic relationships with stakeholders across various fields including investment banking, legal and advisory.
    • This position is very relationship-focused; staying close to clients and their markets, meeting face to face will be a large proportion of your day-to-day
    • Work collaboratively with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to deliver bespoke solutions
    • Keep clients ahead of the curve by sharing new product developments and insights
    • Develop account strategies that drive long-term growth and retention
    • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and deal activity through a leading CRM system
    • Be a visible and proactive part of the Sydney sales team, contributing to a high-growth, high-performance culture

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 2+ years of outbound sales or full-cycle B2B experience –
    • Strong understanding or interest in finance / FinTech
    • Confident leading commercial conversations with C-level stakeholders
    • Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, consultative, and relationship-driven
    • Energetic, organised, and goal-oriented with strong communication skills
    • A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and genuine curiosity for the world of financial technology is a bonus
